Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Customers can return the damaged, defective or not satisfied orders to us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. You can raise Return/Exchange request for items or orders by visiting the Return & Exchange Order section.

  3. After receiving the Return/Exchange request, we'll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

  4. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  5. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you in terms of credit voucher which you can use on future orders.

  6. We do not offer bank transactions or cash refunds when you return the product. We'll be happy to issue a Credit Voucher for the full value of your return. Credit Vouchers are single-use vouchers valid for 6 months from the date of issue, which can be redeemed against future purchases from 399store.com.

  7. The product amount will be refunded as credit voucher, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

  8. COD (Cash on delivery) charges are not refundable.

  9. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images on our email id and our team will check it.

Cancellations Policy:

  1. To cancel the order, Please raise Cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the Cancel Order section and call us on +91 990-812-0909 if you have any query regarding cancellation.

  2. Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage. Go to My Account to check the status of your order. If your order has already been dispatched, then wait for it to arrive and politely refuse to accept the shipment and don’t forget to raise cancellation request.

  3. If shipment has been accepted, then you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us as we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet and raise return order request by visiting return/exchange order section. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  4. Your product amount and return shipping charges will be refunded in form of Credit voucher which can be used in future purchases from 399store.com

Note: A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you in form of credit voucher as courier chargers towards correctly returned product(s).

 

Exchange Policy:
